Who we are
PAL Constructors is a small business owned by Pat and Leilah Davis. Prior to PAL, Pat spent over 10 years in commercial and federal construction. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Architecture from Tulane. Leilah comes from a background in project and production management and holds a Bachelor degree from NYU, as well as an active Real Estate License.
